Shipping Information

Aara Rugs Corp. uses UPS and a variety of trucking firms for larger products. We insure all packages that are shipped to our customers, if an item arrives damaged or never makes it to your residence please contact us. All shipments will require an adult signature at the time of delivery. Free shipping offers are shipped via ground service to the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional shipping charges. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.

Freight Damage
Please inspect your packages thoroughly for any signs of damage upon delivery. 

If you see something that you are uncertain of, make sure that the driver notes your concern on the way-bill before you sign for and accept the delivery. Once you accept the package, it is your responsibility to make a claim with the carrier for any damage. In the event of concealed damage, discovered after receipt, please contact us promptly at (747)202-0950.
