"We've just had 5 of our 7 rugs cleaned by Aara Rugs and they are absolutely beautiful!  We've had them cleaned a couple of years ago so they were pretty dirty.  The rugs that were returned looked better than new!  
They picked them up and delivered them.  I asked for a quick return and they accommodated my request graciously.  Their communication was great, letting us know when they planned to arrive.  They did not have a span of time (3-4hours, for example) for delivery, pick-up.
